Emails not being sent

None of my emails are getting sent from Event Espresso. I’ve read through all the previous posts about this. I’ve checked my spam folders, I’ve deactivated all my plugins, I’ve made sure there weren’t two primary emails. I’m not sure what else to try. I’ve also tried messaging all attendees and keep getting a message that says “sent successfully.36” but then nothing happens and nothing sends. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Any idea what the .36 message means?

Hello,

Are other emails being sent? Do you have any other plugins on your site that may also use the email system such as contact form plugins?

A lot of the time the email issues are down to the server set up. On shared hosting particularly there can be an issue with emails sending/receiving.

Have you tried using Mandrill or Postmark to see if either of those services can assist?

Re the .36, it is a typo error, we have a ticket raised to fix it.
