Hi, Just installed plugin can’t get emails to send out…

have main email set in Settings Primary contact email:

and Send payment confirmation emails? – Yes Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received? – Yes Use fancy email headers? – No

and in the event itself: Send custom confirmation emails for this event? – No

What else am I missing?

It should work fine. Is this a live server or offline server?

it is a live server – it has a Windows .net back end – is their something I should ask the server admin to check or enable (I am only used to Linux backends)

Hi Stuart,

Not sure on that myself, never used a .net server either. I would perhaps ask the server admin about it, see if anything is obviously setup wrong from their end.
