Happy Thanksgiving Gentleman. I hope you get some time off from this forum.

I am sure this question has been asked but my keyword search does not reveal the topic I am looking for.

When an individual registers/purchases a ticket, I’d like to send the registration to a few people, such as myself, the speaker/organizer, and registrant and another.

How is this performed? No doubt it is staring me in the face but I can’t see the setting.

Thanks
Tim

Sorry, there was a delay in reciving the emails and they arrived. I setup a Manage Email custom email then attached it to the event. Curious, there is not reply email it comes out as ‘wordpress’. Thoughts?

Ah, I hadn’t added a primary contact email.
Ok, next question, can I setup a custom reply email per event?

Hi Tim,

OK, regarding the emails from WordPress, if they are still occurring, try setting the “Use Fancy headers” option in the General Settings to yes.

You can send multiple admin emails, by entering the emails in a comma separated list (e.g. fake@eventespresso.com,myfakeemail@gmail.com,anotherone@yahoo.com) in the “Alternate Email Address (optional)” option in the individual event (it will need to be set for each event).

Remember to include the admin’s email as this option over rides the default behaviour so if the admin isnt included they wont get an email!

“can I setup a custom reply email per event?”

Yes, there are 3 areas you can create emails:

General settings – these emails are site wide
Email manager – these emails can be allocated in the event and reused
In the event itself – custom emails here are only for this specific event.

Hope that helps!

Fabulous thank you. The “Alternate Email Address (optional)” doesn’t seem to clear with respecting what it is meant to do.
Happy Thanksgiving.
