Is there a way to have the notification of a new registration sent to the staff that assigned to that event?

Hello,

Currently I don’t believe there is a way to day this. I will raise a feature request ticket on it to see if we can get it implemented in future versions.

Thanks Dean, that would be great. That would make it easier for staff to have an idea of attendance without having to login or visit a page.

The easiest thing to do is create an email distribution group and have the emails sent to that group, then you can add/remove as many people as you want.

Garth,

That is indeed the workaround I’ve decided to use for now, but in the long run it’s not really practical. Unless you put the staff member name in the event title (which I am doing now mbut may not be appropriate for some other events), you force every staff member to open every email even though many won’t be pertinent to their tasks.
