We use the email button to contact all attendees for an event.

Is there a capability to send an email from within EE to a specific attendee? I can clip and paste their email address into Outlook but it would be great if I could stay within EE.
Thanks

Hello Lawrence,

You can send an email from the “Edit Attendee Payment Record” area by going to the list of attendees, selecting the attendee, and clicking “View/Edit Payment”.

You will notice an “Invoice/Payment Reminder” area. You don’t necessarily have to use that for sending invoice reminders. You can customize the subject and message to fit your needs.
