Can someone tell me where the formatting for the registration conformation email sent to the website owner is found. I need to change the formatting. I tried creating a new one through the Email Manager and chose it on the event in question but it still did not use my formatted email, it used the default one pictured below.
I do not really want to edit a php file. Is there a way to use the email box that is on the event edit page? Why is the ability to create an email there if it does not use it?
I’m sorry, but the only way to edit the email that is sent to the website owner is by editing the email.php file.
To clarify this a bit: The email box on the event page and the email manager feature let you create and customize the emails that get sent to the registrant. The email that is sent to the website owner cannot be customized through the built-in email editor.
