Email Sender Name

I set up a test event and sent the confirmation email manually to my Yahoo account.  However, when I select “special header” for email the email doesn’t get sent.  I don’t want the sender to show as WordPress.  Is there another way to change this so that it shows my company name instead?
The payment was made for the test event however, EE does not send the confirmation email to my account with the ticket link.  It continues to show as “pending”  Is there a known reason why this would happen?  Thanks.

Hi there,

You can try installing this plugin if the emails are not sending at all with the header options on:

http://wordpress.org/plugins/send-from/

With the pending payment issue, which payment option is being used? The answer will depend on which payment option is setting the payment to pending.

Thanks, the plugin works.  Regarding the payment issue, I am using the Paypal option.
