The “Click here to make your payment” link at the bottom of the registration confirmation email does not work. It’s linking to http://www.training4logistics.co.uk/shop, which does not exist. Obviously the link should be pointing to the registrant’s personal payment page, and I’ve no idea what this should be. I also don’t know how to change the email address to point to it.

Can you help?

Thanks

Hi Paul,

Please ensure that the Event Espresso shortcodes are all on published WordPress pages. You can find these in Wp-admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings.

Then scroll down to Page Settings.

If these look okay, then it could be another plugin that is creating an issue.

Thanks – the shortcodes all look ok and are all on published pages. I think the problem is that the email link is incorrect, but I dont know what it should be. It should take the recipient to a page which will allow them to pay. I see from the list of email custom fields that there is one which might be correct – [payment_url] – could you advise whether I should change the link to this? The system is live and I’m unwilling to make alterations without understanding whether they are correct or not.
Thanks

Hi there Paul, thanks for checking.

This shortcode ([payment_url]) is correct. On that note, the default shortcodes should work so I think there is a conflict somewhere.

Have you tried temporarily disabling all plugins and reactivating Event Espresso and testing the payment URL?
