email only a selection of individual attendees to a single event?

Is there a way to complete an email to only a select number of attendees to a specific event. My client would like to send out a special email to only a few of the individuals attending a specific event, not all. Thank you.

Hi Sara,

The email attendee feature will let you send emails out to individual attendees, but not as a selectable group. So if there is more than a few they could export out a list of attendees from an event into excel, then pull the selected email addresses from there and send to a group.
