Hi,

I’d like to know where to change the name of the confirmations emails sender (right now the emails are being sent by “WordPress” but I’d like it to be the name of our company instead).

Thank you ! : )

In Event Espresso>General Settings, there is an option labeled: “Use fancy email headers?” under “Email Settings”. If you set this to yes, and your server supports the fancy email headers, it will use the Organization Name that’s entered in the “Contact Information” above as the From: name.

I am not seeing the ‘use fancy email headers’ option where you say it should be..? Event Espresso – 3.1.15.P

Event Espresso 3.1.15 did not have this feature. It was added later. I’d recommend updating to a the latest version.
