Hi.
When signing up for an event the confirmation email is sent out 3 times. Same goes for the detail email.
Is there a setting I’ve overlooked?

Hi,

Is it going out 3 times to the attendee? Is it a multiple event booking? If so is the atttendee using their details for each event? They will always be provided with a separate email for each event booked. Same goes for group bookings, the primary attendee will get an email and so will the secondary atendees if their emails are provided.

Yes it is going out 3 times to the attendee.
I sign up for the event where I am the only attendee.
It is not a multiple event but recurring.
Group booking is enabled, but only one attendee (me) is booking.

Odd, do you have a test event live I can register on?

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

Please make sure you add the forum post link to aid us in case another team member picks up

the email.

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

Yes I do.

Any of these listed will do.

I signed up for a few events, I only received 1 email per event, so it must be down to a setting for yourself. As admin you should receive two emails (one for admin and one because you signed up) unless you are using separate email addresses to compensate for that. No idea where the third is coming from though.

Send login details if you are willing/able to so I can have a look at the settings please. I’ll also take a look at that recurring event on the other thread.

I received a sign up confirmation for you on 2 events.
So yes, this seems to be fine.

Ok, I think this really isn’t that a big problem so we can leave it for now.

Thank you for looking into it.
