Is there a way to email only attendees who have a “Completed” payment status? We send email reminders to registrants and I currently have to run a delete on attendees who are incomplete. They are incomplete because of the issue where if they enter their info, but go “back” to edit something prior to submitting. I wind up with a lot of duplicate attendees with one complete and 1 or more incomplete entries. If people start to register but change their mind, that temporary entry is still in place and they get a reminder email if I don’t delete them.
Currently no, there is no system to do that, it’s pretty much all or one by one.
We will be introducing an Edit button on the confirmation page, so that should reduce the number of “back pressers” especially if its made visible enough via CSS.
