Hi,

Wordpress Version: 3.8.1;
Event Espresso Version: 4.1.2.reg;

I understand the function behind removing it on the Events page, but I would like to know if I could disable it, so its always showing.

Thanks,
Martin

Hi,

There isn’t. I will raise a ticket to see if we can get an option or at least a hook/filter to be able to enable this.

Hi Martin, I’ve done some work on the ticket. If you would like to preview the proposed changes and give us some feedback on it, you can go here, click on the “Download Zip” button (lower right). You can upload it as a zip (Plugins->add new->upload) and activate it. You should then have a new widget available, My Custom Upcoming Events Widget, with an option to display on all pages.

I have submitted an issue on github.

Thanks for the plugin!

Hi,

If the submission is re the notice, you need to turn of wp_debug (notices are not problematic) but thanks for the heads up with it.

Thanks Dean
