EE4 Shortcode not working

i tried to put shortcode in certain page. the only shortcode that work is the [ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=’id’], but i try to put the other shortcode that i read from , all of the shortcode is not working. is the EE4 is not ready for other shortcode?

if i using the [ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=’id’] shortcode it display my event ticket registration, but how do i display my event description in the page? or other description that i have put in the event detail?

Hi,

Event Espresso 4 uses custom post types, so there is no need for a single event shortcode.

For example if my event is called My Event it will have a slug my-event, so to show that page I would eimply go to http://www.mysite.com/events/my-event.

I am assuming that you are trying to embed the event details into a different post or page?

If so, then that is not currently possible.
