I have EE4 on a development site and did some test registrations to make sure everything was working properly. Now that everything is working great its time to move over to the live site. However, the test registrations appear with a locked symbol and cannot be removed. How do I remove these test registrations before making the site live?

Hi Tim,

Registrations with Transactions that have payments applied to them, can not be removed.

You must first edit the transaction & remove the payments within, then Event Espresso 4 will allow the registration to be deleted.

Does that help?

It is working now. I am able to delete. The process isn’t very obvious but at least then can still be deleted!
