Sorry to be thick (!?)..So we have a weekend (2 day) sports event that participants can book for one or both days with £10 per day. An additional charge for £1.50 is required for one or both days (single charge).

I cant work out how to do this setup….can you help ?

Hi Mike,

I would create an event that has a datetime for the full weekend. Then create two tickets:

One day pass for 10 + a dollar surcharge of 1.5
Full weekend pass for 20 + a dollar surcharge of 3 or 1.5 if this is just a one-time charge

Does this make sense?

Hi Mike,

This looks like something that needs some troubleshooting. If it’s possible can you send FTP credentials and temporary WP admin credentials via the secure form on this page:

Hi Mike,

With the single event page not showing, it turns out that the latest update of the WordPress SEO plugin creates a conflict with the single event page. The EE dev team is looking into this. In the meantime, the conflict can be avoided by unchecking the Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ meta tag options in WP SEO > Social settings. I went ahead and unchecked each of those and you’ll see that the event page now displays correctly.

Now the other issue:

> I’m just wondering why the Event Access is only displaying Saturday, when i have set the datetime for the whole weekend (sat & sun 8am – 6pm.

The Event Access is only displaying Saturday because the template is calling start date only. We’re working on testing a new method that will become available in a future update that will display a range of dates there instead.

OK, thanks on both points for the clarification.
