To what extent (and how) can I edit or modify the downloadable invoice? For example, I would like to remove the line referring to VAT since that’s not relevant for us. Beyond that, how can I make other changes if desired?

Hello Carl,

I spoke with a developer about this today and certain options can be customized and others can’t. The ones that can be customized are available through the Event Espresso payment methods screen for invoice payments.

The VAT line could be removed but that would require editing the core. That is not recommended since your changes would be lost on a software update.

What areas of the PDF invoice are you wanting to customize?

I’ll then share this information with the developers so that the appropriate hooks & filters can be added for a future release to allow easy customization.
