| February 26, 2014 at 1:47 pm Hi Seth, We have a fix that we are working on for this. What’s happening is if the event ticket option name is longer than 31 characters it exceeds Authorize.net’s line item character limit. The fix that we’re going to add will cut off the end of the ticket’s option name so it doesn’t exceed their limit. In the meantime if you shorten the ticket that has the name “General Admission (Early Bird Discount)” to something shorter like “Gen. Admission–Early Discount” it will not exceed their limit. |
