Does EE3 support PayPal IPN

I see in the documentation that EE4 does by using the transactions page

But can’t find any info on EE3 doing the same

Hello, the PayPal IPN is also used for PayPal Standard in Event Espresso 3.

Please point the IPN to your Event Espresso transactions page:
