Hi Guys, Working on a customer’s site (Coach @ QuickHandle.com) and he’s unable to perform auto-updates because he’s getting the error: > You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your > current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one > domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys > or purchase a support license now. Coach gave me his support login and I verified that the key is correct. I tried saving it blank in EE and then pasting in the correct key again, but no go. When I look in his account, the key listed says “reset pending” and I have no idea for how long. Would you be able to reset the key for me? Thanks, Eric
Oops, guys, I posted that while logged in as Coach Wayne. Sorry for any confusion. :) Eric Amundson
Just reset it. If it still doesn’t work, let us know and we will issue a new key.
That did the trick, Seth. Thanks a bunch. Any idea why that happens?
We have found that there are several different things that can cause this. In this case, I think it may have been a bug in the old version. Not really sure.
I may be having the same issue…been staring at it for several weeks. My site is http://www.feastfoodtours.com. However, since you all told me I can not upgrade to WordPress 5.0 due to some of my other plugins, etc. not sure that I can upgrade to any recent EE upgrades…so maybe a mute point. Let me know if I need to do anything. THANK YOU!
