I read every topic in the forums regarding wpml and yet, I still am not sure if event espresso works with wpml, hence my thread.

From what I gather, talk about getting event espresso to work with wpml began about 2 years ago, but I still cannot find the definitive answer.

Can anyone explain what the current situation is?

What works, what doesn’t, etc…

I’m guessing that after 2 entire years, that the plugins are fully working together by now, but documentation on this is hard to come by.

We haven’t had the time or opportunity to do testing with WPML. Based on what I understood from those who were using WPML and had visited their forums, all that should be required is wrapping the $description variable in the registration and event list display pages with __() for localization (e.g. __( $description ). When I tried testing WPML on my development environment, it threw a bunch of errors and I was never able to even get it running, so I was never able to test whether this would work or not.
