EE$ migration never finishes

I only have one event from EE3. After installing EE4, it is in full maintenance mode until i complete migration. The migration never finishes. How do i get past this?

Hi Donal,

Is EE3 deactivated when you activate EE4 (should be disabled)?

Also, are you running any caching services? If so, could you clear the cache and try again?
