Just updated from 3.1.24.P to 3.1.25.P and lost the auto-fill feature for event registration for logged-in members.
In my previous versions of EE, if a logged-in member tried to register for an event, EE automatically filled in the registration form First Name, Last Name, and Email fields. Now, it no longer does so.
I know that this worked in 3.1.24.P.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Which version of the members integration add-on is active right now?

Version 1.9

Try updating to the very latest version of the WP user integration/members add-on. This should be 1.9.3.

Will do. It’s not showing up on the WP Plugins page as needing to be updated, and there’s no auto-update link. I assume that I will need to do the update manually. Is that correct?

Yes. The older versions of members did not have the auto-update built-in, so the first update will need to be manual. Please fill out an update request form so someone from sales can look up your purchase: http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/update-request/

Josh,
I just updated to version 1.9.3 of the Member Integration add-on. That seems to have done the trick for this issue. The system is once again automatically filling in name and email address information for logged-in members.
Thanks very much for your help.
Roger
