I edited an event to have updated dates and information, and now the 8 attendees that had signed up are no longer there. Is there a way to retrieve them? Why would editing an event delete attendees?

Thanks!
Kiley

Hi Kiley,

Editing an event does not delete attendees. Have you tried exporting the attendee list?

It now says there are 0 attendees, vs. the 8 it used to show. I suppose it must have been a fluke?

I had deleted the sequence’s other events (but not the first one), which may have had something to do with it? Is there any way to retrieve deleted events? Perhaps restoring them will bring them back?

Deleted events can be restored if they haven’t been permanently deleted. You can use the Event Overview’s status filter to display the deleted events. Once you’re looking at the deleted events, you can go in and edit the deleted events and change the status to Public or Draft to restore them.
