We have had our issues with registrants not having their details saved in the database for a while now and we bore it out by adding the attendees manually and then updating the registration id from mysql.
We have a list now of attendees, but not all of them load ok. I’ve added the first one on the list below and when I pressed edit, it would be showing all right.
As soon as we updated the payment information, the user was gone. http://clients.outlookdigital.co.uk/event/attendee1.jpg
It is possible that if you are using an older version you are caught up in some attendee issues we had.
These should be fully resolved in the latest version, so if you are running an older version it would be a good idea to update.
