When I download the excel spreadsheet the column names don’t match the contents because there are duplicates. It is easily solved by deleting the duplicate cells but I am concerned that I set up the event questions wrong to cause this, should I redo the events form questions? I fussed with it a while to get the questions fields to display in the desired order on the registration page, originally.
This could be an issue related to the Roles and permissions add-on. Can you try temporarily deactivating the Roles and Permissions add-on, then resave the event, then try the export?
