How does one fix the problem of entries being duplicated in the Excel export report when an attendee checks in or out? I saw another thread on this topic “Attendee excel export has duplicate entries” but I wasn’t sure if the solution had fixed the problem – could you please verify?? Thanks Liz
Thanks Josh – I just went in to try to fix this and cannot find the following file: includes/functions/export.php
Any clue where this might be? I went to wp-includes but I do not see a functions directory?

Thanks Josh – I just went in to try to fix this and cannot find the following file: includes/functions/export.php
I just did a search and see 2 copies – one in /wp-admin and one in /wp-admin/includes. Which is the one to be edite? I’m a bit confused

Help – i’m testing out the check-in procedure on my iphone. After trying the first one succesfully, the export function no longer works properly to create the reports. It basically spits out all the attendee records up to the person I checked-in and no one after! I need to get this fixed as the meeting starts Monday, and I will need a fresh registration report before we get started. I tried “checking out” the participant that i checked in using the web system, not my phone, but still…the report only prints out registrants before that one individual, and no one after! any else having this issue??
The duplicate Excel Entries has been resolved with Sidney’s code from the prior thread. I have posted a new thread about the problem with the export after checking in attendees with the mobile app. thanks!
