If I “duplicate event” from an event that is a recurring event, the new events appear to overwrite/delete the originals

Hi Sean,

I’m not seeing this happen when I duplicate a recurring event. When you duplicate an event, you can check the ID, which is the first column, and you should see both events, one with the older ID and one with a new ID.

It happened twice. I duplicated a recurring event, the new events were created correctly but all the originals in the series were deleted. No ID#s, just gone. It’s a little more work but I just created the new recurring events from scratch without any problems.

Hi Sean,

Were they deleted from the database, or they didn’t show up in the event list? How many events are in the system?
