Event Espresso version: 3.1.36.4.P WordPress version: WP 3.8.1 Installed plugins: New installation? Yes (some plugins). Registration page: http://float2nature.com/event-registration/ Message: Hi, Team! I’m having another problem here. I clicked the link on my Attendee Reports page to view my attendee’s ticket and it showed up perfectly (screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/sa1pttqwj245awz/screenshot_ticket.jpg). When I clicked the print button, the preview screen also showed the same content. But when I clicked the download PDF button, image logo & QR code didn’t show up. I could see error messages when I set the wp-debug to ‘true’ in my wp-config.php. (screenshot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/hg3paxwdwqzsn0o/screenshot_ticket_PDF_download.jpg). The PHP ‘allow_url_fopen’ is already set to ‘On’. Looking forward to hearing from you guys. | |
Hi, It sounds liek the same issue you are having in http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/fpdf-error-missing-or-incorrect-image-file/ I am guessing you have set the allow_url_fopen in the php.ini on your server. Have you spoken to the host to see if this is actually allowed? Sometimes, setting something in the php.ini does not mean that the server will actually allow it. | |
