Double confirmation emails (check/money order)

    Hi,

    On our ticketingsystem we have three different payment options (iDeal, Paypal and check/money order) When ppl choose the last one (which we use for payment at the door) the system sends an double confirmation email. I can’t figure out what is happening. I found this topic but that doesn’t solve the problem.

    Looking forward to your advise.

      Hi Dean,

      The link is: eenakterfestivalbreda.nl/?page_id=98 and the problem is with the option ‘Betalen aan de deur’

      It appears to be a javascript problem. When I go through the registration process with javascript turned off, I get one email. When I go through the registration process with javascript turned on, I get two emails. It may have something to do with the iFrame with the advertisement in it.

        I got rid of the advertisment and the double confirmation mails are history.

        Thanks for your help, I’d never figured this out by myself…!
