Help?
I have tried signing on both as Admin and with a totally separate email. The 2 emails are sent in either case.
On the Dashboard – Event Esspresso – General Settings page there is the box for Email Settings. Here are the settings that I have:
Send Payment Confirmation Emails, set to Yes
Send Registration confirmation emails before payment received, set to No
Use Fancy Headers, set to No.
Then I have populated the Payment Confirmation Email with text, and populated the Default Registration Confirmation Email with different text.
Even if I delete all of the text in either or both of these, the system will send out both emails when someone registers.
I want to only send the Payment Confirmation Email and not send the Default Registration Confirmation Email ever. Any help you can provide would be very much appreciated!
OK, so it isn’t sending 2 of the payment confirmation and 2 of the registration emails? You just want to stop the registration email?
The registration email always goes out. You could set “Send payment confirmation emails” to no and then add all the necessary data to the registration email, then only one email will be sent after payment has been received.
