Double bookings- Urgent!

Hello, we are facing some major problems.
1.) We see that the plugin accepts double bookings. For eg i can book for an event for 21.00 and re-register for the same time.
2.) When someone cancels their booking we do not accept any cancellation mail notification
3.) For some reason even though we have mandatory fields in the question groups, the attendant can bypass them by not filling them and moving to confirmation and registration

Hello Costas,

1) We have no method of stopping someone from registering twice.

2) From what I can see the client is provided a cancellation notice but nothing goes to the admin. I will get a ticket raised to look into this further.

3) Generally this is down to a JavaScript error caused by a conflict. Without seeing the site it is hard to pinpoint. Can you provide a link?

Thanks for the login details.

Looking at the event, yes there is a Javascript error. It is the comm.js which is in the themes js folder and it states

Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method ‘fullCalendar’

so as far as my limited javascript knowledge goes, it is looking for something to do with the calendar but because there is no calendar on that page its failing.
