Hi,

We have a series of ‘single’ events on our website and each event in this series has an attendee limit of 1.

The problem we are experiencing is that when two people register simultaneously it creates a double booking.

So it seems like when 2 or more people are in the registration screen and book, the system will accept these bookings.

Is there any fix to keep this from happening?

Here is screen shot to show you that the system is accepting the registration even with the limit set to ‘1’.

We have the latest version of WordPress and Event Espresso installed.

Hi,

This is something that we are currently working on resolving. There isn’t a quick fix for it, as it is basically a session issue, the ticket isn’t reserved while someone is on the registration page until they finalise the spot.

Please bear with us, we have invested time and resources into bringing this to a resolution, but currently it is not ready to be released.
