Please put some more effort into your documentation.
For example, the “documentation” for the MER plugin is nothing more than a Sales/Promotional page and does nothing to address all the questions people are asking. It is a waste of hours of my time to sort and dig through other peoples comments (that might or might not still be relevant – updates and versions depending) to use something I paid $500 for.
So far, I’ve only used it on 2 websites and find that it costed my client too much money (in my time) to get everything working. So I haven’t used it beyond those two sites. :(
I’d love to! But real documentation is expected when you shell out $500 for something.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that you don’t like our documentation. We (me especially) are taking great pains to improve the documentation.

The MER docs cover the very basics because there is not much to explain as there are no settings etc

Is there something that you would like to see? Is there something missing?
