General Settings>Advance Features>Optional Event Settings>Display text (eg. Surcharge or Service Fee):

When I change the Display text for the (surcharge) to (sales tax), it is changed when you select “register” in the event. However, if you select “add to cart” and then view the cart, it defaults back to (surcharge). I need for it to say (sales tax)in both places/ways.

Hi Gabriele,

We have a tutorial on how to change text strings with Poedit here:
http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/

This is the simplest was to do it.
