Hi-

Is it possible to add the assigned “Staff Member” to the colums being shown in the Event Overview list of events in the WP Admin console? I know that it is not one of the columns that can be added from the Filter: Show/Hide Columns, but we schedule literally hundreds of events a month, and assign staff after we have enrollments, so it’s important to see which events not only have attendees, but whether a staff member has already been assigned. Until now, we have to export all of this information to Excel and look up each event with attendees individually to see if a staff member has been assigned. Is there an easy way to see this/do this without clicking into each event? This would have to be a page that is in the WP admin console – not a page on our public facing site. Hope this makes sense. Thanks!

Hi,

Currently no, there isnt an option for that. As you mention one way is to set a page and use the staff shortcodes, but you would need to make it a private page to stop people from viewing it.

I will add the request to our feature request list, but cannot guarantee if or when it would be included.

If it is something that is needed urgently, you could also look at sponsoring the development of the feature or look to hire a developer to create the feature.
