I’m trying to make a “Upcoming Events in 2014” page, instead of displaying all of my events and forcing the user to scroll down to find them.

This means I need a way of displaying events from a start date in the future, and filtering out those from before the given start date.

I’ve searched the forums and read the documentation, and all I’ve found so far is that I can’t use [EVENT_LIST] to do this. But assuming I don’t want to use the Calendar, is there a way to achieve this? Or any suggestions to get me started?

Or how about something I can use as a next-best alternative? Could I make this happen with links to anchors at the top of the page?

Hello,

The Custom Files Addon does have a Date Range shortcode that will list events between X and Y dates in a table format.

Other than that you would need to either manually add a category to each 2014 event (probably named 2014) and use Event List to show that category or custom code a shortcode to re-create the date range system.
