What license or add on do I need to purchase to allow users to receive a discount if they by two tickets. I want to be able to collect information about both people who the tickets are for though.

The Personal Support License and the volume discount add-on should work for your needs. Please note that the volume discount add-on is in our pre-release channel (for beta products) and will need to be turned on within your account once you have purchased a support license.
