Hi, is it possible to stop sending those mails to the primary EE contact as soon as a user signed up for an event? That would be very nice.

Hi,

There isn’t a site wide option for this, but one way to disable the admin emails is to set an Alternate email address in the event.

This will send the email to a different address, so if you used a fake one such as fake@yoursite.com it will just bounce.

(Actually use the websites url in the email to avoid accidentally sending emails to third parties)

Sorry it appears that that may not work now (it used to) as the admin email is also included.

As such barring a code edit there isn’t a way to do it in EE 3.1.x

Ok. Guess i have to use an invalid primary contact e-mail address, then. Thanks!
