Hi Guys, | |
Hi Mitko, The Time Zone display would need to be added as it’s not a standard feature. One way to add this would be to add the timezone like PST into a custom field (really a meta key/value like timezone -> PST) in the event editor and alter the event display templates to add the the value of the key to display in the template. Some PHP skills would be required to make this change. With #2, it depends on what HTML you want to add. In most cases the WordPress editor in text will allow HTML to be entered into the editor box. Even if there isn’t a quick tag in the editor bar for an element it most likely can be added (like divs and spans) http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_Posts#Visual_Versus_Text_Editor
Hi Josh, | |
Hi Mitko, If you use Josh’s custom meta field example, then its a fairly minor fix, just adding a line or two to a couple of template files, we would be able to do that via a Priority Support token (http://staging.eventespresso.com/product/priority-support-tokens/). Josh’s example requires you to add in the time zone into a field in each event manually, but it will display whatever you add into that field on the event itself.
