I had seen a page on the Event Espresso site that listed some developers as well as templates, would anyone happen to know where this page is as I cannot seem to find it.

Do you mean the jobs section? http://jobs.eventespresso.com/

And here for templates? http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/put-custom-templates/

If not could you provide more info.
