I have searched the forums and FAQs but not found an answer to this. Point me to the correct place if it has been staring me in the face.
As recommended in the affiliate notes I have asked my clients to buy their own license. The only problem is this doesn’t allow me access to the forums. Naturally I don’t want to use their account to ask questions as the notifications will go to the client. Heaven forbid they discover that their all knowing developer needs to ask questions. :)
Is it possible to get access to the forums as a developer/affiliate?
Not unless you have an active license. The VIP Membership grants active license holders access to special benefits.
Your scenario is the reason we have the Developer License. It grants 5 license keys and the ability to add more. The other license packages only provide 1 license key per package purchased.
