Deleting old registrations

We migrated to EE4, after trying EE3 (and even buying EE3, which did not work for what we needed)

After migration I have a few dozen records that are locked, including some that from a event that has been long deleted.

How do I clear old records or at least unlock them so I can delete them?

Hi Andrew,

Registrations associated with Transactions that have Payments within them can not be deleted. The payments within the transaction must be deleted to allow EE4 to delete the registration.

This is to prevent deletion of valid registrations.
