Hi,

I have registrations on one of my events, and I cant see the attendees. all of them are with red !, and says “incomplete” because they didn’t paid. I don’t need to charge them, I’m going to take the money in my place.

can you help me with that?

the title of the topic isnt right…

I just cant see attendees that didnt paid. Can I  change that?

Hi there,

You can change the payment status to “pending” since they will be paying later by editing the attendee’s payment record.

Also, if you go into the event editor you can set it to automatically change the default payment status to “pending”. This can also be done globally (for all events) by changing the default payment status to “pending”.
