I deleted all of the attendees in the database, and when I downloaded the spreadsheet, they are still there. I was using a cache plug in. I disabled it, but the attendees are still there. How do I remove them? If I need to view the database, how do I do that?
Thanks!
When an attendee is deleted, they are permanently deleted from the database, and the export grabs the data directly from the database as well, so you shouldn’t be seeing these.
Does your database have any form of caching?
When deleting an attendee, do you see a notice at the top of the page, confirming the attendee was deleted (something like this http://take.ms/He2qB) ?
Are there any errors shown?
Is this a single or multisite WordPress installation?
There are a few ways to access the database, but the best in my opinion are either through a plugin like Adminer or via the PHPMyAdmin which is located in your hosts control panel.
Please make sure to backup your database before making any changes.
