I’ve noticed that when I manually enter a payment for a registrant, they receive the Payment Confirmation Email, but not the Default Registration Confirmation Email. I have to send the Default Registration Confirmation Email by hand. Is this normal, or have I not configured something correctly? People who pay by credit card get both letters automatically.

Hi Ken,

That’s normal if you have the registration confirmation email set to not send before payment is made. If that’s the way it’s set, which sounds like it from your post, then you’ll have to manually send the registration confirmation by clicking the little envelope button in the attendee report.

Thanks Josh. I am implementing the prior approval feature, so I do not send out registration confirmations before payment is made.
