Default Image won't work

I cannot get my default image to “stick”. I’ve tried uploading it several times, but it is never successful.

After you upload the image in the “set featured image” dialog on the event editor, you need to update the event. When you try to upload the image, does it end up in the media section of WP?

Oh, I’m sorry, I should have been more clear. I mean the default logo in Organization settings. It does show up in my media library, but it doesn’t appear on my settings page.

Ok – I guess I had to include an attachment link when I added the logo. I found the info here:
