I have had random instances where the default confirmation is being sent rather than the custom one we have setup to send? Does not happen every time but enough to cause problems.

Hi,

Does this happen with every event or is it a specific event?

Is there anything different about the registrants who receive the default email – group bookings, payment, etc?
