There are 3 options.

Change the language files – here is a guide on how to do that http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-change-wording-with-poedit/

Change the text via a function – this is a great function that can dropped into your themes functions.php file and is great for minor modifications http://www.viper007bond.com/2011/07/13/changing-core-wordpress-strings/

Edit the registration_page.php and registration_page_display.php files – these files have the original strings (text) for the messages so its a case of finding them and editing them. It is recommended to copy (both!) files to

wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates

directory and edit them there, that way if an update occurs your changes will not be over written, allowing you to easily update them if required.

Hi Bill,

You can add an invoice logo by uploading a logo image into the media uploader, then copy and paste the image URL into the field where it says “Logo URL” in Event Espresso>Payment settings under Invoice Payment settings.

You can place the address in the field where it says “Address to send Payment” or the field where it says “invoice instructions in PDF”.
