Looks like your product may be a perfect fit for us. I do have some questions. Does it or can it be programmed to do the following:
1)Allow a person to pay 100% of the fee due or 50%. If only 50% system needs to send an email to the registered person that the balance of 50% is due prior to attending the event. This will minimize the need for registrars to collect at events.
2)In the case of events by donation, allow customer to type in donation amount and pay it.
3)Program registration to deduct 10% for 60 and over customers. Program registration for a 50% discount for children between the ages of 4-16

Hi Scott,

We appreciate your interest in Event Espresso.

  1. Currently Event Espresso does not support deposit functionality. You could do this manually by entering the attendees information and only inputting part of the payment. But, as I stated, it is a manual process.
  2. Currently Event Espresso does not support donation for events functionality. I will add this to our feature request list.
  3. We have a Volume Discount add on that is in Beta right now. It will probably work for what you are looking to do.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Thank you for your response. One other question,

If someone registers for more than one event at a time, will the system generate and send a separate email for each event? Our events have different attachments that have to go out for each event.

Scott

Hi Scott,

My pleasure.

The system will generate separate emails from each event. Also, you can customize the emails to make them more event specific (adding attachments, etc.).
